Our Purpose and Commitment
The Inn at Schofield Barracks was formed in 1993 to operate for PCS and TDY soldiers and their families as government quarters located on the Schofield base. The Inn continues to function as government quarters and to be so described in the Military Joint Travel Regulations. The Inn when its occupancy is full is able to provide non-staying soldiers with certifications of such full occupancy.

Most hotels in Hawaii charge both taxes to guests. At The Inn at Schofield PCS, TDY, and Medivac are NOT charged TAT.

Making a Reservation
The Inn At Schofield does not accept reservations made on the internet.
To make a Reservation, please call our Front Desk at (808) 624-9650 and we would be more than happy to assist you.
What is needed to make a Reservation:
PCS-IN, PCS-OUT, ETS, and TDY
- Service Members Rank, First and Last Name
- Last four digits of the Service Members Social Security Number
- A good contact number
- The arrival date and departure date
- Number of adults and number of children, ages of children
- Any pets that may be staying in the room along with how much the pet weighs
- A valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation
- An email address to send a confirmation letter

- First and Last Name
- Last four digits of the Social Security Number
- A good contact number
- The arrival date and departure date
- Number of adults and number of children, ages of children
- Any pets that may be staying in the room along with how much the pet weighs
- A valid credit card number to guarantee the reservation

Cancelling a Reservation
Regardless of your type of travel, please give the Front Desk a 72 Hour notice. If you DO NOT give the Front Desk sufficient notice of cancellation, you will be charged for a minimum of one night’s stay. Please call the Front Desk at (808) 624-9650 for any changes in your reservation.
Check in is guaranteed starting at 1500. However, you may call at anytime throughout the day on the day of arrival to inquire whether the room is available to be checked into early. There is no extra charge for checking in earlier than 1500 unless it is before 0800. Any check ins before 0800 will be charged for the previous night.
Upon checking in, please bring the following documentation with you:

- Signed DA31 Form ( In order to be reimbursed by TLA (Temporary Lodging Allowance), the Service Member must be signed in off leave with the Army)
- If the Service Member had a vehicle they must register the vehicle at the Front Desk and get a parking pass to ensure that the vehicle will not be towed.
- If there will be a pet occupying the room as well, the Service Member must provide the Front Desk with the breed and weight of the animal. The Front Desk must obtain a photo of the pet. Please note, the Inn is pet tolerant but cannot not occupy any breeds that are restricted from Schofield Barracks Army Post, as we are mandated to follow all post Policies.

For TDY Group Reservations ONLY, please email reservations@innatschofield.com. Once we receive your email, a TDY liaison will be in contact with you and will help make the arrangements you need for your group.
